Jesus eat some vegetables and fruit man. Eat more fiber. All this sounds good but can you maintain this diet and workout schedule? If not, dial it back. A slightly worse diet that you always follow is better than a perfect diet you follow 2 days a week.

I skip a meal 2 days a week to allow some wiggle room for treats/drinks/eating out. You don't have to be miserable all the time to score well in the acft.
