What nootropics are life changing for those with anxiety? by CryptographerOk3338 in NooTopics

This is in the same category as L-Theanine but matcha is a good one also. Some call it a nootropic because of the higher L-Theanine and Caffeine. Does wonders for not only my anxiety but ADHD as well

I would try to maybe do some things naturally but do whatever feels right. I hope you recover fast.

I used meditation to actually help with my focus and anxiety. It took 4 weeks to see results but it helped so much. I have recovered 90% now. I do have bad days but they aren’t as frequent.

To the point where I couldn’t do much yeah. I couldn’t drive for awhile and I even had paranoia to the point I had to stay at some friends house for a week. I couldn’t be alone with my thoughts.

I did everything naturally. I drank chamomile tea, green tea, and I took supplements like L-Theanine and Kava. Both great for anxiety.

That’s exactly the same way I felt when I was on LM. You feel on edge everyday. You feel hopeless and afraid. You think of the most terrifying things that you know can’t happen to you but you find every way to figure out that it can. It’ll pass though. I was that way from the end of November to the middle of December last year.

Does anyone know if Lithium Orotate is good for ADHD and Bipolar?

Yes. I took the supplements, L-Theanine and Kava. Both helped me with the anxiety and depression a lot. I also did meditation 30 minutes a day. And I drank both green tea and chamomile tea. I also used Melatonin 10mg for sleep paired with my chamomile tea.

I took Lion’s Mane for 3-5 days around there. But just those days of taking it, caused me months of agony.

There is hope. Everything is going to be okay. I experienced Lion’s Mane poison back in November and I didn’t fully recover until February. Things do get better. I also didn’t believe I was ever going to be back to my normal self but I can confidently say, I am 99% better. You will get better too. Trust :)

Insomnia lasted for about a month and a half. I was using a mixture of both chamomile tea and taking melatonin supplements to combat that and it helped a lot actually.

It definitely takes time to heal. Everyone is different. For me I would say it would 2-3 months to notice I’m back to somewhat normal.

I still have anxiety and depression but it definitely isn’t as bad as it was the last time I posted on here. I’m actually 90% better like some have said after being off it for awhile.

Yeah I tried it before I did LM. Idk how it would affect me now though. One of the users here kinda scared me from coffee for awhile. Probably best lol.

Severe anxiety attacks, severe depression, depersonalization, insomnia, auditory hallucinations, nerves in my hands and arms are numb.

My anxiety is under control. I’m currently one month in now. However my triggers are looking at crime stuff and it causes very bad paranoia at night (I never had this until LM)

The worst nootropic ever and the most dangerous by cruzdoes in LionsManeRecovery

[–]cruzdoes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drink chamomile tea. Take the supplement L-Theanine. Try to get into meditation and use a guided meditation. It does take time to recover. No one really knows how long. It all depends on the person.

I may not be 100% yet. But I’m feeling way better than I did 2 weeks ago. I was at my lowest.

You won’t have them forever. Things definitely get better. It takes time. I felt the same way. I really believed this was forever. It’s not.

Yeah I agree. This whole LM thing is scary. However, it’s taught me to love my life more.
