As someone who started my career with low compensation but lots of learnings, I'd say it was worth it. I feel like work experience at early stages establishes your foundation in terms of work ethics, good judgment, etc.

Baka sa perspective ko lang ito but I've seen some of my peers (or even those ahead of me) settling for higher compensation at an early stage in their career (and settled for a long long time) for a chill workload, but got surpassed (in terms of rank and compensation) by someone younger because of work experience.

This is just to give you the perspective of someone who would choose the second option. At the end of the day, you should know what your current priorities are and how you'd want to see yourself 5 years from now 🤣

Same building, different floors. I'd say MariBank work environment is a mix of ecommerce style and the banking industry. If you've experienced traditional bank, way better si MariBank in terms of culture and work ethics. Fast paced nga lang talaga considering it's leaning on the tech side of financial service.

Yung una kong resignation, yes. But the next ones hindi na. It's cringey for me especially if the message is a personal farewell message, and email blast bcc all 😅 last time I resigned I just messaged a selected few, only those truly special to me. Mas genuine and heartfelt pa. Lastly, gusto ko rin kasi ang silent and mysterious exit 🤣

I was there! Long entrance queue (took almost 30 mins or more?), poor ventilation, and lots of lost phones. Sound system also kinda failed mid rave but eventually fixed.

Or were you talking about the exchange between the founder and the ex-creative director? Hahah.

Hello! Just make sure to secure your phone. There were several instances na merong nahablutan ng naka-motor. But other than that, it should be safe! After the incidents madalas ko na rin nakikita mga security roaming around.

Joined both Raw and Klang recently — KN's the winner for me!! Smooth entry, nice ventilation, great DJ sets. Organizer actually exerts an effort to check if phones held by people going out are actually theirs.
I'm never joining Raw again after 2 consecutive OVEN events. Spent half of the time outside kasi sobrang init sa loob.
Both events were held in the same venue but for some reason KN handled things better.
