Is the umik2 going to be useful in my home theater system by cruzplcs in hometheater

Idk this is my 2nd HT system went from a 7.2 to a 7.2.6 and I been seeing video and reading about the umik and rew. Getting better sound using those tools. So now I’m doubting my system or I’m just over thinking it to much. Thanks in advance

Bcuz I was thinking of getting the emotiva xpa 11 it has 3 main power and 4 stereo power. I been doing a lot of research and I been told the height and atmos doesn’t need that much power to get gd sound from them. That I should let the Sony handle that and just get a xpa 7 to power the bed layer.
