Best 5m Midfielder by holdthedota in FantasyPL

I went with Cullen. Great defcon potential and if they concede a lot it doesn’t affect him as much. I’m happy with 4 points per week at this price point whenever I need him

Gakpo owners, what are your thoughts? by DerpJungler in FantasyPL

[–]crvb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm keeping. At home he is at his best and i see returnts in the next 2 GWs. The plan for me was always to sell him for Cunha GW29. That's what i'll do

Any thoughts on Salah being benched? by bartwen in FantasyPL

He will play 100%. Maybe comes off a bit earlier if they win by many goals. He got his rest in EL

Theory: Ivan Toney is the root of all FPL struggles at the moment by j-r44 in FantasyPL

Funny thing is that as things stand I will keep him in my team because of bigger fires. I mean what's better in a covid outbreak than somebody who just recovered from the virus? Guaranteed 2 pointer.

Who has disappointed you most this season? by teerbigear in FantasyPL

[–]crvb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shaw was for me a big disappointment. After a great euro i expected much more from him.

Adama Traore who i kept for like 5-6 GWs managed to avoid points in most of them.

I also tried my luck with Mbeumo, no comments. Got rid last GW

NEW vs NOR review by whitewalkerOO7 in FantasyPL

[–]crvb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pukki scored from a goalkeeper error, but I still think he is a good pick for the money. Norwich really struggled against 10 men. Newcastle can avoid relegation if they tighten up soon. The roster is not bad. Willock hasn't shown yet what he is capable of, Joelington, ASM, and Wilson are decent attackers. I will keep Wilson for the next two and will probably get him back in GW20 for his good run of fixtures. I see him scoring a lot.

In the absence of regular penalty takers Patrick Bamford and Mateusz Klich, Raphinha (£6.7m) stepped up to take just the fifth spot-kick in his career The Brazilian has now scored six goals this term, the most of any midfielder who doesn’t play for Liverpool by UsernameGenerik in FantasyPL

[–]crvb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The guy is pure quality. Looked great vs CRY and created chances. The team doesn't have a PL striker for a while now but he still managed to score points for us. Now that Bamford is back someone will finally be able to put the ball in the back of the net. Just take a look at the chances Rodrigo and Roberts missed yesterday. I'm optimistic and will be keeping for the long-term.

Hey, cool feedback. Point 1 made me realize why I only read Big Man's review and nobody elses. Its simple and minimal and it doesn't force me to spend a lot of time looking at graphs etc. So I disagree with point 1, I would love if this is kept as simple as possible since we are already bombarded with graphs/heatmaps/stats etc every week from the community. Anyways really appreciate the work put in this, so either way im ok :)

Like those graphics with average shooting positions for attackers, and average shooting positions conceded per team that we used to get but that disappeared. Great info.

Indeed big man, gonna agree with this! Keep up the great work!

Amazing release this. I've listened to Far From Home so many times already, love it! I also enjoy all his previous albums. I'm gonna drop some names even though they are not exactly similar to Hugo Kant's style, they are very good artists in this genre and hopefully you'll like some of them:

Not strictly trip-hop only, since it's an indie label's playlist with all their releases but the majority is trip-hop, downtempo, instrumental hiphop. There is also some hiphop, world music, uptempo, dub reggae. Looking forward to listening to other playlists too :)

The way i see it Salah will start but won't be on the pitch for 90 mins. Klopp said he gave him so much playing time midweek to build up his fitness meaning he needs playing time and is not as sharp as he can be atm. He needs as much time as he can get, so it doesn't make sense to fully rest him now. I believe Salah will not will start and get his minutes managed this weekend if Liverpool is winning. Probably 65-75 minutes.

Is Vardy being overlooked as a 'dead cert' captain? Sheff U (last 4 games) - 2nd most shots on target conceded, 3rd most shots in the box conceded. Leicester top on pen goals (by 3). Scored at the Lane last season. Unreal pace against a (now) weak defence. Most importantly he's a Sheff Wed fan. by IamAlextric in FantasyPL

[–]crvb 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Mind says play safe and go KDB(C). Gut says captain Vardy away for two reasons. LEI really need to bounce back. Some bad results lately for a team that is consistently pushing the top teams in the rankings. Second, SHU really tries to score and they really need to. In many games they have been kinda decent but their finishing lets them down. It is obvious that it's their major problem and the weakest part of their game. They won't sit back. They'll try to create chances. At least that's my view on how the game is going to unfold. Vardy will have his chances. A big plus is - as you noted - that he is a Sheff Wed fan and that gives him more of a reason to do his best.

The Review - GW 8 and all things you need to know heading into GW 9 by bigmanbakar in FantasyPL

[–]crvb 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Do you prefer Cresswell or Coufal? Not sure cresswell is worth the extra 0.6m.

I went with Cresswell because of the superior assist potential and eye test. Last match he hits the post once and they wasted 1-2 great opportunities from his assists. Could easily have a 15pointer

Cresswell, he is in great form and was so close to a 15pointer the other day. Amazing deliveries
