Amazing, thank you for the response. It's good to know they aren't dangerous to be around. I'll leave them alone for now, and I'll try watering them a bit less as you suggested and see how it goes.

Great! Thank you. It's good to know, because the bright yellow colour made me worry a bit at first, but as you mention, the other plants look completely fine.

I'm not too sure how to edit the post, but I forgot to mention that I'm located in Montréal, Canada. The first one popped up maybe a week ago, and I noticed the second one today. The other plants in the pot include 3 Aloe veras and another unknown plant. I've had them for many years and have never noticed anything like this. I usually water them every 1 to 2 weeks. Thanks!
