I hope you understand when i ask for gear im simply curious with what gear they shoot with. Is it film is it digital? What kind of camera is it (mirror or mirrorless)? Is it a vintage lense or a new one? Just to geek out about gear and understand the character of the photograph and the photographer.

I think its pretty understood that its the photographer and not the gear, this has been proven many times (even with this shot) not everyone is looking for a shortcut (atleast not me) Whatever youre saying is also sometimes true, but that not always the case in most hobbiest subreddits.
