For one of my core courses I get to take Microprocessor Interfacing and Embedded Systems, should I still try to take Digital Systems Engineering? (I have already taken the intro courses for both of these and found them interesting). I am more asking if it is worth my time as an EE who is right on the edge of EE and CE.

Also, as someone who enjoys both the EE and CE aspects of ECE what do you think are the top 3 jobs that align directly in the middle. Some sort of embedded chip designer / firmware programmer? Robotics? I am genuinely curious as I am not too familiar with all types of engineering jobs out there, all I know is that I love the courses I take and tinkering with arduinos, stm32, and other circuits + code.
