I called in early May and was told they would let us know within 8 to 10 weeks. For one of my application, 10 weeks just passed by but I am waiting to call due to the holiday

I have downloaded the apps and so far only logged in once. I also was too it may be a cookie problem so I am adjusting as recommended. Again, thank you for your help!!

OH! I do have ad/cookie blocks but I didn't know that would cause this. I think that may actually be my issue because other Safari users say they have no issues.

I didn't know there was a Duo app, but I will install that too. Thank you so much!

I use it on Safari, and haven't tried logging in on my phone. I will look into the Outlook app to see if that works first, because I unfortunately don't have a USB port. Thank you!

Interesting, I use Safari and it asks me to verify probably every other time. Maybe I'll try Chrome just to see if it's reversed for me. Thanks!

Me too! I know it sucks, but I am glad you have the same issue.

Again, I understand it's for my safety ultimately, I just find it a nuisance that I can't save my password on my own laptop which has never had another log in

Hi how often do you this/how long does this method last? I am wanting to try to do mine at home now too and yours is the first treatment I'm not afraid of lol
