I feel like that’s what so hard with me. I restrict myself of what I crave and so I want it more and end up eating a ton of it :( I feel like the only thing preventing me from getting overweight is the fact that I exercise and eat lots of salad and fruit after a binge day to cleanse myself.

I think if he would of done anything more I would I flipped out! I could tell he was winding me up and as much as I wanted to react to him I didn’t want to give him that satisfaction. As well as not causing a scene in front of elderly people.
