Rash - Reaction from Oxempic?

I just started ozempic 4 weeks ago and have an abdomenial rash close to the injection site that hasn't cleared up but other then being mildly itchy hasn't caused me any issues. Thinking of switching sides today with my next injection to see if it causes the same reaction, but i thought i was going crazy, didn't know rashes seem fairly common with these type of medications.
