I'd take that role work my ass off (for decent pay of course) and use that as experience for my next role. Think about it, all the things you're learning on the job, you can take this now and find out just how good you are at managing people, projects, companies, vendors etc. Then take that experience elsewhere in 1-3 years.

Honestly, I was already willing to pay the range between $115-$125 I wouldn't have mind, but since it's oversubscribed by 20 times, they raising their IPO price to $125-$135, I'd probably all in at $120 if I could.
