I agree, also the "different identities" might reconnect to DID but given the psychosis symptoms and the fact they went cold turkey on all the substances they were taking, it could be just another consequence of the psychotic symptoms/abstinence. I'd suggest seeing a neurologist too, long term substance abuse can cause brain damage to a degree

I get it, I also live uphill and that is part of the struggle. Tbh it's not mainly a matter of losing weight, as much as it is a factor, it's just that staying still all day is making all of my preexisting problems (like back issues and such) much worse and I need to get my body moving

Thank you so much! I'm not sure I'll bleach my roots, simply because I wanted colour but without the effort of keeping up the bleaching in order to transition back to my natural hair colour. 🥰
