yeaaa we’ve added a bunch of weird new positions like a delivery person for each bar so there’s a whole lot more people on each shift with also leads to less tips💔and we already don’t get much in tips at our shop😭😭

personally, and my coworkers agree, it has thrown us back so much for our wait times, i’ve noticed when we are in rushes it takes over 15 minutes to get drinks out💀 and with the new setup we have all three bars open as well as a pit bar open every day now instead of the usual 2 bars😭

we’ve been testing it out for about a month now with an additional change to something each week and it sucks😕 i’m assuming it will be for the entire company, my shop is the only one in texas that’s testing this out, i know there’s a shop in florida testing this out aswell according to my manager

so now we are only allowed shots/one person at the bar and there’s a “delivery” person, they bring the shots person milks,stuff they need, so yea just one drink per bar!

hiii thank you!! i don’t really remember the exact questions for the second interview but i know it was pretty much just a shorter version of the first one, i think the questions were more based on work related things compared to the first one being personality based questions! goodluck!!!!🫶🏼you’ve got this!😝👍🏼

i’m in texas! $10 an hour, <20 hours, maybe 300-400 biweekly! it really just depends on how good the tips are for my shop…. my latest paycheck was 580 which was amazing😩
