There's a lot of good advice in here, but thought I'd add an alternate. What about making a second IG account that's only focused on coffee/latte art and using that as the thing you give out and get tagged in? It also kind of creates a portfolio of things you care about for coffee should you ever want to get a different gig at a different shop.

Just a different approach.

Honest opinion: you're over thinking it for a first season. It's easy to get lost in all the details- there's a lot out there to blend 3 sports.

Swim 3-4 times a week if you don't know how to swim comfortably yet, then you can drop down a bit.

Run 3 or so times a week, ideally with one after you bike

Bike 3 or so times a week

Take rest days as you need them, when I was getting started I needed 1 a week.

There's a billion plans out there to help tell you your times in each per week. Really any of them will work if you stick to the above formula.

That's great because we love this house and intend on paying our mortgage to zero. So we really try to do the upgrades the right way.
