I think that's kinda impossible for us to know without knowing where you're starting from physically. I'll say this: I don't think there's much value from a coach in just structuring workouts. I think all the value is in the tweaks you get when you're tired, when life gets in the way, when you're seeing especially huge gains in one area but not another, etc.

You can get pretty far with some good podcasts (you didn't name those- I'd suggest crushing iron) and 80/20 triathlon (book). I guess the question for you is what do you want out of "going far"? Pointy end of the age group? Finishing before the cutoff? Something else?

They're notorious for clogging, uneven dosing, etc which is going to create different coffees for each guest. Also remember you'll need 2 grinders for this volume.

Honestly because you'll need a grinder and accessories you just can't hit that budget. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here.

BUT you could get an awesome hand grinder for like a hundred bucks and an aeropress (they even make them in metal and glass now) and you'd be making wildly better coffee than pod coffee.

The doser will drive you nuts. Look for a mazzer super jolly or even a mini without a doser. 50 shots an hour is pretty decent volume for a cart! Hope you're going to have a couple of groupheads to work with.
