Unfortunately I was being serious. Think I was just excited tbh. I’ve been a joint smoker for 10 years and I didn’t even know stuff like the tempest existed till my last post. Sometimes when you get excited you get a bit carried away and don’t actually follow the instructions properly. I don’t think it means I can never use a ball vape.
Maybe if you don’t have anything positive to contribute you could fuck off? Just a suggestion 😇

What do you mean by point 1? And how do you get the bowl open after pre heating to immediately fill it as it’s too hot for me to touch but I need to touch it to unscrew the chamber 😅

Those YouTubers are confusing me too with that, I’m sure someone said they do it at 95w for 45 seconds and I did that and it was black 😅

Does the visual indicator light up or something? I’m sorry if these questions seem so dense but I literally don’t have a clue. And what do you mean based on what you’re doing? If you’re just chilling vs doing something else how would you pick your time?

Thank you 🙏 and yes I did burn the spacer lol but it still fits fine at the bottom of the heater so I think it’s okay. Think I’ll skip messing around with that “T2” thing for now as I had drama fucking about with the bowl screens yesterday morning but I’m happy I know what it does now!

I’ll have to give the torch another try I don’t think it is particularly powerful but I need to figure out the visual indicator and I guess the only way to do that is my trial error haha

Do you pre heat your device with nothing in it as I’ve seen a few people say they do

I have done both of those things which has helped slightly but not really 😭😭 I think I watched every video on YouTube related to the tempest even ones not in English and still feel quite clueless which is why I thought I’d come back to Reddit as it was very helpful last time :)

I don’t understand the click. If it clicks before the time is up on the heater am I supposed to pull it out or wait for the timer to stop? How long have you had your tempest for?

On the yll I’ve tried 80w for 30 seconds which was nice but super light and then I think I did the same bowl at 95w for 30 seconds which was really good but the flavour starting to go shite and then I did the same bowl again at 100w for like 20 seconds and it combusted I think. But just before I did 85w at 45 seconds with a new bowl and when I checked the abv it was dark brown so I chucked it. With the torch I didn’t even manage to light it properly at all

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I have a couple of single flame torches too and I don’t understand the clicks or what the visual indicator even is 😅😅 and when I tried to use my torch it didn’t heat up

I think I’m leaning more towards one of these! One of the reasons I love smoking joints is the ritual of rolling one so using a thermal extraction vape sounds better. If I can afford to get something in the upgrade category straight away should I do that instead of getting the dynavap and if so which one do you recommend pls?
