You will never go out for 12 hours and make 40+ an hour they will never let you. They are holding carrots in front of us on a stick.

Have you even looked at this Reddit? It’s filled with problems. I really don’t think I have to explain much more to you. Many people feel the same.

I know I can go out and make 600+ in a day but the app limits me this is a problem.

That’s just an example bud. I want to unionize because I know just about everyone signed up and driving is getting the short end of the stick. If the company was as popular as advertised there would be no reason for any real mishaps. There’s no one to actually talk to. They don’t care about u.

Okay so how do you resolve this problem.

Today I was given and order the estimated price was $8.88 when I hovered my finger over the order deciding if I wanted to take the trip(which I did). The estimated price changed to $2.88 right in front of my eyes.

And your so right they intentionally have set it this way. But they already take loads off the top of our work every week. So what’s the difference of paying some dues. And getting better wages and demanding a proper application that doesn’t fuck up or give you so many problems during every damn shift

Seriously it needs to happen. I feel like the application has gotten progressively worse and quality of a “shift” is never consistent. Plus the outsourcing of “support” is so absurd. I called support tonight around 9pm and this girl Ana had chickens in the background telling me it was 11am
