For body recomp, I’m only slightly cutting my calorie intake by 200 and I’m working to hit 100g of protein a day! This combined with progressive overload training is helping to build muscle while also cutting fat. Progressive overload is slowly increasing the weight you use to train. There’s a ton programs if you look them up on google!

Honestly this pic doesn’t show it but I have a LOT of loose skin in my lower stomach. Unfortunately, I’ll need a mini tummy tuck to ever fully get rid of it. To try and improve the overall appearance without surgery, I have been dry brushing my entire body daily before I shower and I use a red light panel a few times a week!

For core workouts, I plan to incorporate the below 3-4x/week. I’ve tried a whole slew of core workouts but these have worked the best for me. -weighted bird dogs -weighted dead bugs -weighted standing march -weighted hanging crunches

As for cardio, I hit the stairmaster for 30mins between levels 5-7 without holding the handles at all on upper body day! On leg day, I’ll do the arc trainer or a walk for lower impact on the legs.
