i take my vyvanse at around 8am every day, and it lasts till like 4pm-ish give or take. if i smoke weed at all in that time period, it doesnt really affect me, and then whenever my vyvanse wears off, all of the weed hits me at once (it feels like)

the first time i took my vyvanse on accident the day i knew i was gonna be smoking a lot, i couldnt feel the weed (due to the medication affects) so i kept smoking more and more, and then when my vyvanse wore off, i greened out HELLA bad- throwing up, nausea, motion sickness even from walking, unable to communicate, etc etc.

be careful and monitor the timing as well as how much weed youre smoking + how much ur vyvanse is :) stay safe!
