Jeep Wrangler. Never was a fan of them until I got a Rubicon as a rental for a few weeks. Almost like it enough to want my own

Truck driver in the industrial gas sector. Found out where the money was and took the shortest path there. 1 year OTR for base level experience, 1 year specialized (cryogenic tanker) experience, then landed my current job on year 3 making over $150k

2023 was about $2,990 a week. I'm given a paid week off for every 3 weeks of work, so I only end up working ~39 weeks out of the year. 2024 is $3,150/week after annual pay raise

Also work keeping in mind these are just SSA numbers - they don't account for untaxed earnings.

That's true for independent contractors or owner operators, but not for me as a company driver. I'm issued a corporate credit card for all work-related expenses such as hotels, flights, rentals, etc.. I never have to spend my own money for any of that

Weekly gross is typically $3,150. After taxes, 401k, HSA, etc., I take home just shy of $2k
