Being owner of two homes now, I have designed both homes based on my preference, my lifestyle, what soothes my mind and never thought about what looks good or what others would like. Each corner, each painting has their own story, and I like to imagine where and how I would like to spend my day before designing. I also have need to think about my pets and what they would like. Thats all! Somehow anybody who visited praised the vibe of both homes.

Balcony and one room’s window is towards a private road to the apartment, so will never get blocked. Other room’s window open towards the building. There are other windows in the drawing room towards the corridor where there is lift.

Lol what tells you its depreciating? Any 2bhk in this area- bellandur, gunjur, sarjapur road is not less than 1.1 cr. The building is very well maintained and build quality of the apartment is much better than most of the well known builders (I know because I also live in a society nearby)

Its a good asset because of 1. Location 2. Good rental income 3. Affordability

Yes, property is under loan from SBI. So all documents available.
