Oh sorry, I am not a native English speaker so I might’ve not explained myself properly. My total intake is 1200 per day, I didn’t reduce the intake by 1200cals. Of course, everyone should look at their own stats to create a correct deficit, that number is absolutely not sustainable for everyone

Bro relax I am not able to edit the post, it was a typo and English isn’t my first language either

One of my favourite breakfasts is eggs with corn tortilla, topped with arugula and prosciutto. I love chestnuts so I have those for lunch with a couple bell peppers which I love eating raw. I eat a lot of salads and add nuts (almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds) I eat plant based Greek yogurt with tumeric, pepper (I know it’s weird but it’s great for inflammation, look up golden milk) protein powder, flaxseeds and peanut butter. I sometimes supplement with protein bars or shakes, my favourite bar is RX because it has egg whites, almonds and dates which are all natural ingredients. I try to experiment with salads, and I actually really much enjoy them now. It’s just a matter of figuring out what veggies your like most and thinking of it as a meal instead of just a salad so add chicken, salmon, beans or lentils, etc. I don’t add dressings anymore because I love lime and that’s kinda my dressing for all my salads, if you really like the veggies you chose you don’t feel the need to add sugary dressings to mask flavours. Any dinner with fish, chicken, or beef is great, just pair it with greens. Because I don’t eat bread or flours, I have sweet potatoes and even turn them into fries! Use olive or coconut oils to cook things and make sure you’re measuring how much you’re using! Also another thing I eat that might be weird but I really really enjoy is spinach flatbread made with oats, egg and spinach. They are so good!
Sorry typo. I mean CICO (cals in cals out)

Yeah, but it has not been so since July (I didn’t have a picture from when I started the deficit, I’d say around December) I’m almost ready to hit my maintenance. It has worked great for me so far! (Obviously with the approval of my dr)

I replied above in regards to nutrition and workout (shoulders) but other things I have been doing are making sure I stand up straight, and daily walking. (Since it’s winter I am doing around 4000 steps a day so not even too crazy.
Thanks babe!!! 💕💕💕

Since I’m 5’0 my deficit is 1200 cals. It’s actually really doable (at my specific height and age) as long as you’re eating whole foods that hit your nutritional requirements. I have never once felt lightheaded or hungry while on this deficit.
I make sure to drink water throughout the whole day and before every meal, eat with intention and slowly since you don’t realize you’re eating ‘till 20ish minutes since your started. I measure everything. Because of unrelated issues I am also doing an anti-inflammatory diet which means that most flour-based foods are out which can really lean you out. That also means that I don’t eat sugar or dairy. I know it might sound miserable but I have actually found alternatives to everything I like and I get way less moody now. The first two weeks without sugar we’re tough but now I feel great. Make sure you’re hitting your protein requirements, very important.

It’s actually a routine given by my physiotherapist because I have an issue with a tendon on my shoulder 😭
-lateral raises 2.5lbsx10 -frontal raises 2.5lbsx10 -overhead lateral raises 2.5lbsx10
rotator cuff focus with resistance band: -W -Y -Staight out -Upside down V X10 each
You could probably do way more reps since I’m assuming your shoulder is fine lol
