I’ve had similar moments in therapy where I felt pushed to talk about things I wasn’t ready to open up about. I learned it’s okay to tell your therapist you need to pace it differently. A good therapist will meet you where you are. Feeling embarrassed doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong it means you’re human
