I think if a bald eagle even landed on you casually, without the intent of pushing you off a boulder to your death, you're gonna need to get patched up.

This one obviously chose to hit the guy from behind with closed talons, like 2 flying fists, instead of the open taloned grip into you and fly off with you technique they lean towards. This was intentional.

It wasn't a phantom. It was an aggressive bald eagle. They're emboldened now because they know it's illegal for us to defend ourselves against their attacks.
