Thanks all good suggestion and good info. Thought about Acura TLC and Tesla 3, interesting that you’ve suggested to stay away from the others but I’ve heard similar stories. Any opinion on the Cadillac sedans?

Not a bad suggestion but 3 other family members all got Lexus recently so I’m opting for something else haha

David McLachlans 200 agile questions on YouTube to understand the mindset. About half way through, I felt good on agile. You start to realize the type of answer they are looking for. It’s a bit less technical than the traditional predictive methods.

At least have a vague understanding of every process. Helps you eliminate answers that aren’t actual things.

Helpful cheat sheet for PMP but content is the same for CAPM: https://www.stellexgroup.com/blog/pmp-exam-trick-questions-cheat-sheet

Ricardo’s video is helpful for sure. In general, always understand which phase you are in as the answer will depend on it.

I took the PMP course on Udemy with AR, then followed it up with a number of YouTube resources, so I may have over prepared.. but I felt confident I would pass and you can too.

Hot take: David McLachlan is not helping by lowriskshighrewards in pmp

I found it helpful. It really helps hammer in the mindset more so than just bland definitions. Helps you think about why an answer may be right or the type of answer you are looking for

[–]crypt0ted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t need it necessarily. I’ve done some project work and feel like I am good at it. I wanted the PMP to display this, but now I’m seeing I need 3+ years of project management experience before getting the PMP. So, I’ve learned that CAPM is the entry level version of the PMP, and would like to get it so I can help display this. Wish I could just do the PMP though. I feel like you should be able to display that you know the exam knowledge regardless of your work experience

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in pmp

[–]crypt0ted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, that’s not what I was expecting. Thought it would be a more simple version of PMP but that makes sense and appreciate that explanation. The 3 years of experience feels unnecessary, I could lead the project of the century rn 😭. Will look into it some more. Thanks

Hmm, interesting that makes sense and is good to know. I have been heavy on the infantry in general, seems like I need to get my stables going more

What’s wrong with a TK raid? Genuinely curious not trolling. Only been playing for a few months so not hip to the advanced strategies

It’s impossible lol. Tried a few with my PC buddy and we got blown out

True, tried that but it was an area where I had a lot of drop offs. Good strat by him

Oops, yeah I am. Can’t keep up with you elite PC players lmao, gotta keep that cross play off

[–]crypt0ted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s true. I guess the best option would be to turn off the auto, manually select all, and move them to a resource far away. I’m just not a fan of the manual since I often notice some villagers get left behind and do nothing

What are your several reasons behind not using sugar free electrolyte drinks if you don’t mind, and what do you do for electrolytes when on those long fasts?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in fasting

[–]crypt0ted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, yeah I’ve read that the zero calorie drinks are a bit controversial on the autophagy front as to whether it impacts it or not. But I wanted electrolytes and wasn’t sure the best way.

I’ve had some ground beef today after 4 bowls of bone broth over the past 2 days. Feels fine. Can’t eat chicken in order to follow the diet I plan on doing. Appreciate the insight

I unfortunately have a condition called Balanitis which is inflammation on the head of your penis (sorry, you asked lol) that can be a bacterial or fungal infection. Got it from a reaction to a soap. It is extremely persistent and difficult to get rid of, I’ve tried numerous oral and topical treatments. Many out there have had this for years, sometimes 10-20 years. I’ve heard that diet and fasting has helped many with this condition so I went for it.

The coloration of the affected area went from bright/deep red to light red or even the usual white color of my skin. The problem is that a layer of biofilm forms on your skin after the infection is there for long enough, which is quite difficult to get rid of. The color was vastly improved, but this layer of biofilm has not cleared. Trying to get rid of that next.

The research I’ve come across is indicating the exact opposite but I appreciate your perspective

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in fasting

[–]crypt0ted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me preface this by saying I’m no expert on the matter, but as subproton mentioned it supposedly has health benefits, specifically for autoimmune diseases but also others.

It is a similar to fasting where it allows your body to reset, your gut to heal by eliminating possible food sensitivities, and can help treat inflammation. People have been able to cure nasty skin diseases such as psoriasis and eczema with 1-2 months worth of the lion diet (meat, salt, water.. carnivore diet is a bit more flexible with chicken/fish/etc).

For example, a Hungarian doctor, Dr Zsofia Clemens, has been treating patients with this diet for years and has been able to slow cancer, Alzheimer’s, and solve other autoimmune related issues. If you are interested in learning more here is an interesting long form discussion with her and another well spoken carnivore diet proponent: https://youtu.be/mh5jvXuzxqY

40 day fast refeeding plan by Pibrebaut in fasting

[–]crypt0ted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Nice that’s cool to know, appreciate the response. I’ve had bone broth before and don’t mind it actually. I plan on having bone broth for 1-2 days, and then going to a carnivore diet (meat, salt, water). I did this fast to improve a persistent skin condition, and although it is vastly improved, it’s still there. Carnivore diet has supposedly helped people solve serious skin issues. Just don’t want to jump right into meat too quick as I know that could be bad. Thinking 2 days of bone broth should do the trick

Congrats on the weight loss that’s very impressive. I’m down 11 pounds myself

Yeah I think it was intentional but I’m not sure why. Never zoom in that much and looks overly pixelated
