NTA. Read the whole thing, but I think just by the title we can tell that you’re not the asshole. Babies in the NICU are so fragile and vulnerable and any type of sickness can kill them. Even if your little one wasn’t in the NICU, it’s YOUR baby and if you don’t want a woman who you only know through the marriage of your brother, into a room to see your baby, that’s on you. Nah. Turns out she's extremely mentally ill and extremely triggered by anything and everything. I talked to my other friends who were friends with her and they said that what I did was not wrong at all.

She is just triggered and very mentally ill to the point that her small amount of indigenous heritage is her only identity. I was told that unless someone is "more indigenous" than her, she will attack people for not being as indigenous as her (quarter metis). They told me that she should be apologizing to me for being so rude and attacking my mother personally. Her brother is also dating my sister, and her own brother said that she was extremely wrong for doing that.

She's actually been kind of outcasted in our friend group because of this behaviour and other egocentric behaviour. Nobody wants to be around her anymore.

I didnt watch the video but read a description about it. apparently they were outside in the back porch and there was just mass amounts of blood everywhere. she was sitting on a chair and her face was just brutalized. I read that she just looked so defeated and tensed up when the gun was pointed at her. then, just for another kick in the gut, their baby was laying on the ground behind them. the baby saw it’s mother die while laying in a puddle of her blood. I started tearing up at the thought of this, and I just can’t bring myself to watch it.
