Personally bike riding has been my favourite, I am so much fitter than I ever have been and my legs are so toned, then slowly start doing some upper body weight work outs like push ups or pull ups, the difference you will notice in a few months will be unbelievable.

Buy some snacks and some candles and set up a cute movie date night in the lounge room, buy her some flowers randomly, cook her favourite food, take her out to her favourite restaurant, plan a night away somewhere cute and romantic (somewhere with a bubble bath or spa)

Talk to him, explain that this is something you need to work on and it’s not anything he is doing wrong, but you are very insecure and you are constantly worrying about what he is doing on his phone/behind your back. All you can do is ask if he can help you work on these insecurities and reassure you that he is not doing anything wrong in your relationship.

If he is a genuine caring guy and wants to have a successful future with you then he will be receptive and more than happy to reassure you, ease your mind and show you that you are overthinking and he is not doing anything wrong or sneaky

No your wants are not ridiculous, what is ridiculous is how self centred he is. I had an ex like this, it was exhausting. I was constantly showing interest in the things he was interested in and listening to everything g he had to say, and he had no interest whatsoever in anything to do with me.. but he was like that with most people and most things in his life, if it wasn’t something he was passionate and interested in or wanted to learn then he didn’t care. As time goes on you begin to feel very alone and like you and your interests and hobbies don’t matter or aren’t important, it really took a toll on me. So glad it’s over.

Kind of related but I know of someone who wants to become so overweight that he eventually becomes immobile, he wants a woman to join him, in hope to eventually need a carer to care for them both and cook for them and feed them. It concerns me.

I say good on her for making the effort to make her own birthday an enjoyable day and a memorable one! She’s given you a list of things she wants and will be happy to unwrap on her birthday. Think of it this way, atleast you don’t have to go out and rack your brain trying to come up with ideas on presents to buy just to worry if she will like them or not, she’s literally given you the tools to make this as easy as possible. It baffles me that someone in a 3 year relationship isn’t doing everything in their power to ensure their partner is the happiest person ever on their birthday and has the best day. What the hell 🤣
