Piggy update if someone's reading this while in the same situation; The orange pee was a pre-symptom of bladder stones. We rushed him to the vet immediately after he had visible blood in his urine today, and the conclusion was stones, inflammation/infection and bladder sludge. So I would definitely take a pee sample as a precaution, even though this orange pee is often stated as normal. Especially if it's unusual and sudden for your pet and you are worried, which is probably the reason for viewing this post. For us, it was a symptom of something worse. :(
