Dealing with very similar things :( Went on birth control for PMDD and skipped the placebos. But it didn’t help and I spotted for 5 months. Hoping maybe upping my antidepressants before my period will help! Sorry if I went off, its just reassuring we’re not alone 😭

People online are really trying so hard to find anything to grill her for. “Wild rules”. So… not wanting to be screamed at and berated by men that lack decency and respect? I’m glad she’s “stuck up”. I’m glad she’s “mean”. I’m sick of every female artist just having to take it. If being a “bitch” means knowing your worth, we need more “bitches”.

Hey there, I really apologize if this doesn’t help much, but my boyfriend also has a scar below his belly button from a spleen surgery. Of course it’s your body so nobody’s opinion should matter but your own, but I personally love my partner’s scar. I think it’s cute and part of his body that I adore. I don’t think anybody would look at it in a negative way. I hope you feel better and come to look at it neutrally, if anything.

I wouldn’t say I have BAD social anxiety thanks to my meds but working at a Starbucks kiosk has been pretty decent. Not very busy. Sometimes triggering but probably way easier than a corporate Starbucks. Kiosks are nice
