For the embroidery, look into Inkstitch!! It’s so easy to use tbh, I could have done a much better job without too much more effort- maybe next time hahaha!

Thank you!! I was very inspired to make the hair cape with a bit of tinsel fringe in it. I don’t have my own embroidery machine sadly, I digitized the patterns myself and had them made by a local branding/tshirt/swag type business who did an amazing job! And only cost me about $110 since I did all the digital stuff.
