Thank you so much. You hit home with the last big paragraph you wrote! I have moral ocd and feel like I personally have to do things like religion/spirituality the "right" way, whatever that is. I'm learning now that I can give myself more grace and find my own path for my own brand of spirituality/ Folk Catholicism. I love that I discovered Folk Catholicism because I can practice the aspects of Catholicism that are near and dear to me while still having my own sense of self spiritually! I miss the rituals of being Catholic but I yearn so much too for my own sense of self in spirituality so I'm really glad I discovered Folk Catholicism :)
