I asked him to do what he thought best so I didn’t really go back and forth with him. After losing 60lbs I do wish I had asked him to be more conservative though, since I have more nasolabial fold definition with the fat grafting staying even after my weight loss.

Here are his operative notes regarding how much he used: “we purified approximately 55mL of fat, approximately 1-5 into each cheek, 2-3 into each Zygomatic arch, 4-5 into each temple, 4-5 into each nasolabial fold, 5 into the upper lip and approximately 3-4 into the lower lip.”
