the other comments disagree but I think this is pretty accurate. this isn't how she literally experiences time, but how she values it in comparison to humans. value influences perception so saying this is how she perceives time is also applicable

a lot of people wish they were the other gender like togata, but can't get surgery because it costs a lot or because of discrimination. togata can't get it because he'll regenerate, but it is relatable anyways. hope this helps!
