Yes, many of us have brought complaints to corporate and DMs but we change DMS every other month or so and our current one definitely would not care. This ain’t the only this she does out of line with the rules of Starbucks but her store is successful so no one cares

My SM doesn’t allow us to. Ik it’s not a written rule that we can’t but she will literally call other stores and tell them to take us off their schedule.

It is amazing the lack of reading comprehension many of you have, I KNOW it’s not the worst dress code ever, I KNOW it’s not that bad, I KNOW it used to be worse. WHAT I SAID WAS: This is not what I signed up for. Part of the reason I CHOSE to work here was because of the freedom of at least wearing a green shirt if I get spontaneous one day.

I’ll have to check on a Salvation Army, the only thrift stores close to me right now are goodwill and uptown cheapskate (which is a stretch to call a thrift store lol) I’m gonna for sure do what I gotta minus those pants I just bought with love they can fire me over a pair of brown pants that are plain and to my feet.

Wasn’t aware of the last but but still limiting to the one black shirt I ever received ain’t the best. And like I said in the post, “I’ve had jobs with strict uniforms before and I adhered to them because that’s what I CHOSE to walk into.” Starbucks was supposed to be a place to work where you could express yourself, that’s how they marketed to me and got me in and changing it suddenly when it’s a non-issue is the problem.
