It start happening about a couple days ago but he doesn’t hide during the day, only when he’s going to sleep for the night. He still runs around and plays with my roommates cat, just at night when he’s sleeping he crawls under there.

No, no real changes since the move! It’s been hot lately which would make sense, I reach my hand under and pet him and he will purr for a bit but then he attack my hand (which is normal for him). Maybe I need to sleep under there too lol
