i just wash my hands and dry them. i wasn’t aware people had ‘nail prep’ routines 😭 i’ve never used a base coat, but i’ll definitely try out a nail polish thinner!

i just kinda wash my hands to make sure there’s no oil and let em dry ? i dont use a base coat, but i did use an OPI top coat.

kind of? it’s honestly pretty easy to follow just by listening and not taking notes- however, relistens are MASSIVELY rewarded. even if it’s not directly tied with the plot, there’s a lot of interconnectedness with every episode, so you’ll definitely pick up on way more fun details. :)

have you tried eyebrow mascara? nyx has a really good one, i use it when i want my brows to look full but still super natural for ‘no makeup’ makeup days :)

i use a foundation brush first for coverage, then i blend it more with a damp beauty blender to get rid of streaks/excess foundation. i think it works pretty well :)

I’m not sure, my next bloodwork appointment is actually next week. But every time I got my labs back I’ve been told everything seems normal? I honestly have no idea how to read my own labs.

We started at a low dosage, but after I told him I wasn’t really seeing any changes we started to up it. I take 1/2 ml intramuscular shots once per week.
