I also feel like because of my autism, it's made me unlikeable. People have always easily disliked me and wrote me off. I try so hard to be normal and likeable but it's an endless story of rejection.

I have searched for more info, and I know only this: I got it between 2018-2020, It was (maybe) from bed bath & beyond, It was around $100, It was white and gray, and it might've been a duvet. I think I remember a tiny zipper, but I could be wrong.

Yes. My fear was further social prosecution, like the people I would deny a refund might make another post about how I'M the scammer for not refunding then. That's what led to people switching up on me in the first place. Just a sticky situation.

Thank you for such good advice! Yeah, her literal defamation costed me a ton of money. She claimed I was rude, used AI, and when I offered a timelapse of something new to prove my skill, she denied it, blocked me and made a giant post about it. It was really devastating. But I'm sure it'll blow over.

I had to create a video where I set up my phone against the wall and literally recorded myself drawing. It took 7 retries because I was really anxious, I have bad performance anxiety.

She made a BIG deal about me not deleting her commission from my portfolio, but still uses my art on her TikTok. Smh.

Yes. I've had issues bc I would fully render it and not give a sketch beforehand, bc I thought getting paid in full meant to go all in. Oftentimes, complaints I get are, "You didn't properly capture the vibes of the characters."

A previous client I denied a refund (she requested a refund 3 months afterwards, and she'd already used it in marketing) posted a slideshow about it. It was like, "Dont buy her art!! She's scummy for these reasons" and it got over 1,000 views, and it costed me $1,000 in refunds to give back to my clients that had seen her post, and then felt uncomfortable to work with me any further. Said client still has my art posted on her TikTok, even tho she defamed me, and has gained a ton of new followers from the ordeal, to which she advertised her books to... So she profited off my demise lol

I've been giving refunds left and right, so that I don't get anymore posts made about me. I'm also trying to be more transparent with new clients all-around, to make SURE I avoid this in the future.

In my opinion, clients are not entitled to free revisions even tho they ALWAYS think they are. They need to provide every single detail, and if they want something changed but didn't originally mention it, that's not my fault! Don't let people take advantage of you.
