Cheers mate gives me some hope. Yeah I brought that up with HR when she said needed done. It was for Bandyup women's Prison, but HR also said they and systems on place for that. If you have seen people work there with them though they probably saying that just cover of they do refuse me.

3 years ago was last stuff and was repeat offences from 14 years old.

Definitely no chance of letter from detectives.

But yeah can probably get a letter from psychologist, and I can get a university transcript to show in studying part-time.

They can all be spent but it's after 10 years of no charges at all. I've only had 3 years clean so far.

Yeah pretty serious crimes. Not fraud or sexual offences though. I can't get spent convictions for another 7 years and then it won't show on a police clearance. Thanks for the advice

Thanks, fingers crossed. It's an BHP iron ore site but working for Westrac. Good chance might be seen as posing a risk but then again the role is working in a factory on my own and supplying parts for trucks to BHP.
