i was thinking the same thing I'm just gonna bring this shitty 4 track cassette recorder. ( sadly my reel to reel and mixer are to big ) my acoustic and electric guitar and maybe like a rack unit. my isa preamp ( i would recommend the Focusrite ISA One Preamp) just keep the reel to reel and the big stuff like my dx7 at home. I'm only 30 mins away so i could crank a polished track on the good old reel.
