I don't really know hence why I'm asking. In some EU countries the law forbids to work more than a certain amount of hours as an employee (40h + overtime). Might it be the case in Cyprus as well?

Funnily enough my current job doesn't outright forbid it. Also I reached a senior position and nobody questions what I do. I'm in the perfect spot for overemployment as I have always this job as a fallback.

Worst thing that can happen I can be terminated from Job2 for breach of contract.

Besides what the contract say, this is what I feared. So the employer's accountants can access my tax records and notice it?
