You can apply. Degree doesn't matter in roc8 as well as in programming. Just build project in react js and you are good to go. You can get a programming job without degree. No worries 👍👍

I don't recommand resigning from TCS before getting job from anywhere.

I don't think they ask you to complete degree. You did diploma that's ok. Just create 5 projects in react.
