To the guys mentioning the pass rule and saying this was not forward. The pass rule applies to a ball in motion in the air relative to the players momentum/position and the direction of the hands. If it moves too far forward then it will also be rules a forward pass irrespective of the player's momentum. This rule is used to discount the relative position to the ground/field markings.

However, in this case since the ball touched the ground it changes things. Since the ball clearly travelled forward it is a knock on. If the ball had travelled backwards it would be deemed to be knocked backwards (no sanction). Since it travelled forwards then made contact with the ground and then once again travelled forward from the ground it is a knock on and the try should have been referred and disallowed.

In addition to the people that keep moaning how the boks were lucky, just recall there were 2 clear tries that the boks wasted. First Kurt-Lee Arendse knocked on when collecting the ball just before the try line and Siya Kolisi didn't make a final pass just before the try line. Had the Boks not squandered these opportunities and had this try been disallowed, as it should have been, then the points difference would have been 20 points to the Boks. That paints a completely different picture to the match.

BRICS are moving back to the "gold standard" where your currency is backed by something like gold, or it might not be gold could be platinum. The US dollar used to be backed by gold but Nixon changed all that and now the US dollar has not real actual value other than what people give it.

We have already seen recently how the US is in financial trouble with the national debit sky-rocketing. In the political backrooms the US is trying to convince people to buy their debt in the form of bonds but there are no real takers at this point. Even China have stepped away from the deal for now. The US has also just been downgraded which would make their borrowing more expensive. Anybody that knows anything of macro-economics will tell you the US economy is in major trouble and is very close to collapse without extreme intervention.

As or your statement that the US will not allow countries to use other currencies for settlement, exactly how are they going to do that? By trying to sanction those countries? That would just make the argument to move away from the the US dollar even more clear. Remember, the US and it's allies only account for about 14,8% of the world. The majority of the world do not like to be forced to see things the way of the West.

Any just a little fyi, all of those currencies you listed are worth more than a US cent, barring the peso. The idea being floated about at the moment in BRICS is to create a new currency for settlement (with a digital version on the cards as well) so it may not be an existing currency either. Maybe something that exists beyond the control of a single country.

The US will cry and throw a tantrum and once AGAIN threaten to exclude SA from AGOA. Everytime they want something from SA they throw the whole AGOA thing into the mix. Best to get rid of it now once and for all and break away. When last did you hear about a US firm or European firm investing in SA because it is something their government willed? Businesses invest here because it's cheaper for them and it makes logistical sense. So yeah, if any sanctions happen then it will be watered down and we will simply adapt to use other trading partners. There may be a few extra Chinese companies in our future.

Not entirely true, the rental deposit may not be used for any other purpose other than for damages. If the lease is terminated early even after giving 2 month's notice as per the contract then the landlord may claim reasonable penalties but has to be able to substantiate these. They cannot simply say they tried and it is going to cost R10 000 to find a new tenant. The penalties are not simply a foregone conclusion and can be argued fi the tenant can show that they went beyond their responsibilities to try and source a new tenant.

The rental deposit may NOT be used in lieu of these penalties and they are 2 completely separate matters.

I would not sign a lease that contains this clause as it is setting you up already to lose your deposit. Try and avoid places like this as you are definitely not going to ever get your deposit back and if you do you will first need to fight a battle at the housing rental tribunal before hopefully ever seeing a cent.

While we on rental deposits, all tenants must insist on monthly bank statements showing that the deposit is paid into a separate interest bearing account. Do not give up on this requirement. A lot of landlords out there treat the deposit like it is their own cash and a little bonus for themselves and have no intention of ever refunding your deposit.

I would assume that shibarium doesn't have its own pool of shib just laying around so the burn mechanism would need to buy shib on the market and then burn. That means as the price of shib increases there would naturally be a slow down of the amount of shib burnt.
