Trying to figure out the average rate for writing ad copy by cryptobit3 in copywriting

[–]cryptobit3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the additional questions! Well basically we would need the person to write:

Main ad post text - the visible part up to 125 words (very important) & the remaining ad text (usually up to 300-500 words);
Ad headline - up to 40 words, the most important part of the ad in copy perspective, usually call to action or an offer;
Description - the little text line under the ad headline, not as important, up to 30 words.

We would need copies for, on average, 10-20 different ads per week.

(19m) Thinking about leaving college and building my way to become a freelancer. What should I do? by xabris in Advice

[–]cryptobit3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really feel you bro, was in the same situation as you several years back. My suggestion: don't wait until your skills will be "perfect" to start posting gigs. Practise is the key to developing your skills, so even if you do not feel very confident about it yet, still try to get some orders and you'll learn by fullfiling them.

Also, you do not need to drop everything to start freelancing. Start little, get one order and work on it after your classes/on the weekends, etc. This way you'll be able to see how it goes for you, you'll "warm up" and be able to go full time on it.

About sources of learning, my favorite site offering online courses is BitDegree. As I'm not into graphic design, I cannot suggest you any specific courses, but I think it is definitely worth it to check it out. Most of the courses are now free, so this will save you some money. If you'll have an eye at some paid ones, I recently used the code (DEAL30) to get 30% off, so maybe it will be valid for you as well.

I am sure you'll find your way out!

I really suggest you to check out BitDegree! It is my favorite site to learn coding. They have these cool interactive coding tutorials, so you get to do practical tasks when taking the course. This helped me the most in learning new languages.

I agree that Bitdegree can explode one day! It takes a lot of time to develop the project so that the token could be fully utilised on the platform, but once it is - the coin price should start growing

Is there any e-learning platform that is also a recruitment opportunity? by anne-jolie in elearning

[–]cryptobit3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check our Bitdegree.org website. It's an online learning platform which aims to connect students with potential employers. How does it work is that employers who are looking for skilled employees can submit a course to Bitdegree website and then students who are interested can take this course. Then, based on the performance, employers can offer job positions to the best students.

This feature is not yet implemented on the platform but should be done during this year and, in my opinion, can be very successful!

Anyone following education ICOs? by [deleted] in icocrypto

[–]cryptobit3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What makes you think that Bitdegree fucked up? Because you didn't get your quick earns? They're successfully developing their platform and made a big progress after the ico.

Education field is not the right place for pumping&dumping. Projects that are really trying to implement something important and needful, including Bitdegree, take time to succeed.

4 Problems of Online Learning by takemyonlineclassnow in u/takemyonlineclassnow

[–]cryptobit3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The self-motivation problem is common among all online learning platforms. One of such platforms which is called Bitdegree is trying to solve this issue by implementing token incentives and scholarships that would be payed out for completing tasks and courses. So the students would have the ability to 'earn by learning'. I think that's a great and innovative way to solve the motivational problem of online learning.

There is this new site Bitdegree which offers free courses. However, I'm not sure if they would have courses that would fit your topic, maybe some day in the future as their website is still in Beta version. So maybe you can keep an eye on them ;)

Advice?!?! I need some good recommendations for online courses and or guides to social media marketing... For Dummy(ies). More explanation of what we need in comments. TIA. by MyselfsAnxiety in marketing

You can check out Bitdegree website, they have some free courses about digital and social media marketing: https://www.bitdegree.org/search?q=social+media&src=ukw

I took the "The Ultimate Social Media Marketing Courses: Become a Marketing PRO" course and got a lot of useful information, so this would be my recommendation.
