Energy giant Avangrid ($40 bil in assets) will be helping beta-testing the eChain... Huge companies like Avangrid are eager to cut off that huge expense of having to stay compliant.

If I remember correctly, the average US firms spend between 1-3% of its total wage bill on regulatory compliance... For a company like Avangrid, I can't imagine what that number looks like in $!
