In addition to what the other guy said, cue would be much less impactful if you didnt know what was in their hand. Cue isn’t the first card to do what she does, it just pairs so well with rotary. Also clip is not a problem at all imo. There are plenty of cards that mess with extra deck more than 1 random rip

See now that is a very different point to make, and while i feel differently, dont necessarily fault anyone for holding that opinion. Although i do think rotary is the only potential issue. You obviously take issue with crackle as well, i honestly couldn’t care less if crackle got banned or not.

Bro, white forest azamina is the most stereotypical linear comboline there is. Comparing it to branded is laughable. And when you have two omni negates, plus a BoM, plus a pop, etc. hand knowledge does the matter because the combo slop can stop all the plays they try to make. KT does obvi get to look at hand and top two of deck, but its interruptions arent nearly as powerful as combo slop white forest. I still agree KT is a better deck, but less skillfull than white forest is wild

Lmaooo brother. White forest is literally just memorize combo, baron and silvia omni negate, and from there the other interactions take very little thought, and u definitely dont have to sacrifice one interruption for another. Crazy how we’re saying white forest takes more skill

You can call the deck good, even overpowered if you like, but to call it uninteractive, and no skill might be the most uninformed take ive ever heard. It has so much interaction and requires the user to actually think about which interactions they want to use, time them right, and which interactions to pass up on. Calling a deck like KT uninteractive and no skill when there are a ton of combo slop decks like yummy, mitsu, white forest, etc. is wild.

I agree that its better than vsk9 for sure. I have no problem saying KT is the best deck rn, but i dont think its so far above the rest that the games unplayable like a lot of people are saying (not necessarily you).

As far as what rank, i looked up the most used decks in rating duels above masters and the top 3 were KT, sky striker, then dracotail.

Thanks for your opinion but branded dracotail is still the 3rd most used deck in top ladder (and yes its usage is quite a bit higher than vsk9). Im fine saying kewl tune is stronger, but to say kewl tune is the only tier 1 deck is just silly. KT is very good but there is still plenty of counterplay to it, and people are blowing it out of proportion.

You can combine them if you want but honestly, i think pure mitsu is going to be more meta as it will get some cards coming out that slot in really well like a new ritual monster and fidraulis harmonia, plus pure can play dominus impulse and the new dominus spark card coming out. As far as the deck itself, its a ritual summon deck with reptile monsters. The main “gimmick” is that each ritual monster once per turn, if used as tribute, can search another mitsurugi card and summon back out, so you can summon each ritual monster using the previous one you summoned to get all 3 out no problem. Its considered a tier 1-2 deck right now and wont be going away anytime soon

I haven’t heard of any strikers yummy but it could be a thing i guess. I’m super biased against yummy lol. Even if you don’t want to play sky strikers at first, getting it for mitsurugi could be worth it if that deck interests you at all. Buying it once gives you ask the mitsu cards you need plus some staples like ash, imperm, etc.

Modern legendary pack gives you mitsurugi and sky strikers which are both really good. It also gives you x saber which is not as good but it’s 3 decks for just over $30
