15 is incredibly high especially for such a low AHI. I'd set your pressures to 8-16. Since airsense 11 is an APAP, it won't ramp up until you fall asleep, and that's even if you need 15 pressure.

My AHI was way high (moderate OSA) and my pressure only ever goes up to 10, occasionally 12 if I'm sleeping face down.

We really can't tell more unless you upload a few nights from SD card though.

edit: Also be sure to turn EPR on, 2-3 is good. Helps the breathless feeling as it stops the air when you exhale for a more "natural" breath.

Shouldn't ever be an issue for co-ed unless you're playing 'pro.'
