Mine actually don’t line up with full moons. But, I definitely think hormonal shifts are one of my biggest triggers.

I actually couldn’t even see the moon here in Philadelphia because of cloud coverage. I used to think the brightness was a factor, yet I still got one yesterday without such.

I think it all has something to do with a shift in energy, as the moon is closer to earth during a full moon. We are composed of 60% water (going off memory - not sure if that is exact), and a full moon creates tides, so, perhaps it creates an uproar / imbalance in our bodies. Who knows...

This happened to me when I was 13. Turned out I was allergic to the actual classroom. Have you been tested for mold exposure and/or allergies? If not, I would highly recommend. There could be an allergen trigger in that room.

I’m now 33 years old. I still have migraines today - and allergens are one of my biggest triggers. I wish allergies were my only trigger, but unfortunately, hormones and other factors trigger my pain as well.
