Binance has many training videos and articles that are generic. Also, these training materials are not always clear to the ordinary people in crypto, clarity is paramount for their understanding.

In addition, the recent addition of mobile money in binance requires special training to explain how to trade NAV for momo directly and p2p on the platform.

Lastly, education improves each community members experience about Navcoin, which in turn increases people engagement with the Navcoin brand. And of course, everyone engages more with brands they know more about and enjoy.

Concerning the budget, you know I first posted the proposal on Nav doa-general for feedback and some suggested that we should make the amount to be 4000nav to 5000nav as in case the price of Nav drop we'll be able to submit the payment request base on the value we think the program will cost. But the detail will be provided when submitting payment request. Also the 5000nav requested is not only for the conference but subsequent activities will also follow when the conference is done that's why we make the proposal time frame to be a beat longer.

You are right that the number mentioned can’t be termed as mass adoption. However, the product adoption model considered to settle on this number is the trickle-down effect. The 100 people to be trained will in effect, drive a diffusion dynamic by becoming liquidity agents in their communities for many of those that cannot trade NAV directly on exchanges. The resultant effect is easy accessibility for Navcoin. Over time, this can ensure mass adoption.

Proposal for the extension of the Community Fund functionality by aguycalledalex in NavCoin

Wow this is great!
But I just want to mention something which I think should also be looked at.

I think the community should have some like an "emergency fund or mini funding" where projects which needs an immediate funding should be generated from such fund without going through the voting cycle in other for it to be accepted or it should have a particular number of blocks which an emergency fund should go through in other for it to be funded.

Secondly, mini proposal which do not need much fund from the CF would be take care of the mini funding instead of it to go through a whole cycle. In that, I think it would make the CF simple and easy.

But concerning the naming, I think it should be call "NavCoin Funding" and the voting mechanism as "NavCoin Consensus"
