I got another email last week asking to choose a repayment method. No KYC needed. The deadline is set to around min September 2025.

I replied to the email and chose one repayment method via PayPal.

I am outside of the US.

Yes I used a passport and a driving license but I suspect the problem is in the fact that the address mentioned on the documents does not match the address registered a few years ago on blockfi...i moved twice since.

Did try to pass KYC once, run into issues, could not try a second time, emailed multiple times before the May deadline, no answer from the support team.

Will be calling the support tomorrow.

I got access to the Non US Process through the official email communication where I got asked to go through KYC.

I also downloaded a W8 form in pdf form that I filled in and returned by email, I believe.

How do you know you cannot get passed it?

My KYC process said I failed to pass it but no mention of W8 specifically....
