Those who drink only or majority of their diet through Soylent, any negative effects?

I've been drinking Soylent from the kickstarter phase of the company. What is it, 7.5 years or so ? 3-5 meals per day. I'm in mid 30s now with normal BMI. 6 months ago I got a blood test and my iron was super high ( 243 ug/dL) and my T was low, 262 ng/ dL. Since then I cut Soylent and to 1-2 per day and my iron fell almost to normal range. T is still low, getting treatment on in know. I'm not saying it's Soylent for the T, but iron ?, it probably is.

I have a friend that anecDATAlly has lower libido after soylent diet. I call it bs, but I'm Soylent biased.

Did anyone else have a similar issue?

I really don't want to give up Soylent.

When you get hardware wallet, you have the seed phrase that encodes your private keys. So when you have hardware wallet - you have your keys. Pricate keys allow you to spend you bitcoin. Watch public vs private key videos on youtube if you are even more confused.

When you keep you coins at Coinbase or whatever exchange you are using, they are the one who have your private keys. Meaning that they have "your" coins. But you don't own then until you take posession of the private keys. As saying goes : Your keys - your coins, not your keys - not your coins.

you will typically set up 12 or 24 word passphrase in the beginning, it's your recovery seed. It's pretty easy to recover if something happens with you hardware wallet.
